Which hardware technology used in VTS Black Box?
VTS is a unit fitted with a (GPRS enabled) SIM card which uses GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM via satellites and transmits the position on map at a continuous basis.
Who will install the hardware unit of VTS Black Box?
Trained BAPU personnel will install the hardware unit in your vehicle in 2-3 hours.
What is the warranty on the hardware?
BAPU will replace the system on free of cost for any manufacturing defect within 1 year. However, in case VTS Black Box unit is tampered with or reinstalled without the services of trained BAPU personnel, the warranty will cease to be valid.
Can I reinstall my hardware in another vehicle?
Absolutely Yes! BAPU will reinstall the unit in another vehicle at a nominal cost.
What software do I require?
All you need is an internet connection and password for online connection. The password will be supplied by BAPU. There is no
additional investment required.
Is there any browser limitations?
No, user can view from any browser like Internet Explorer, Firefox Mozilla, Opera, Safari etc.
Is there any browser setting do I require?
Yes, if you are using Internet explorer (IE8 or lower version) then you have to make changes in settings. For more information click on following link: IE Settings
Do I need to provide my own maps?
BAPU uses Google Maps which have excellent street level coverage for most part of the globe and their coverage is rapidly expanding. They also update their imagery on a regular basis. If your area has street level coverage in the Google Maps then nothing is to be done at your end.
How do I pay?
You can pay online as well as through bank transfer. Once you have decided what all you want to buy, please send us an email with complete details at sales@bitadvanced.com and we would provide you the invoice.
I have understood the concept and want to start the business. What should I do?
The first step would be send us an email to sales@bitadvanced.com with your requirements and number of VTS unit required. We will set up a demo account for you on our server and provide you all the necessary assistance to understand the complete concept. Once you are done with the evaluation you can choose to go for VTS Black Box and order the required number of units and get going.
How much required power supply?
12v power supply needed. It's directly taking from vehicle battery.
This hardware can affect on my battery life?
It's don't affect on battery life. When vehicle is stop VTS get in stand by mode in which it consumed very less power.
